For making our communication more efficient, we would like to set up the pcba manufacturing process in our cooperation with customers, please kindly give your best supports to us when we needed.

Process 1

You need send us PCB file (gerber file), PCB specifications and QTY when sending RFQ, the DNA file will be signed before information sending when you requested. The PCB specifications should include PCB material, finished thickness, copper thickness, surface finishing, color of silkscreen and color of solder mask.

Process 2

Rigao Team will check PCB file and other information from you, and confirm that our manufacturing capability can meet you's production requirements. Any unclear requirement will be confirmed with you before preparing offer, quotation file will be sent within 24 hours.

Process 3

You will receive proforma invoice (P/I) from our team after order confirmed, you can arrange the deposit payment according to the bank information in the attachment of the P/I.

Process 4

Rigao team will prepare the panel file for PCB fabrication after payment received, engineering questions of PCB fabrication will be sent to you for confirmation if we have, component sourcing process will put into schedule at once, also stencil, E-test fixture, test tooling will be arranged to make at the same time.

Process 5

The estimated time of delivery will be confirmed back to you within a week later after deposit payment received. Our salesman will send you photos of bare PCB when it is ready for SMT process.

Process 6

You will receive some photos of finished PCB assembly when all process is finished, and some photos of packing for your confirmation. The balance will be paid to Rigao Electronics before shipping. Balance of other payment terms shall be paid within the time agreed in the contract.

Process 7

The commercial invoice and packing list will be sent to you for customs clearance when shipping, Rigao team will track the parcel everyday after shipping, you will receive a notice that the parcel arrive in customs of your country when express company need your help on customs clearance.

Process 8

Rigao team will ask quality feedback report from you after receiving the boards, we hope that each customer can send us the quality feedback report within one month after receiving the boards, the PCB boards and finished PCB assembly boards from Rigao Electronics are guaranteed for one year, you can contact us anytime if you have any quality issue.
