    Q: Will the design files for PCB or PCB assembly boards be safe after we send them to you for quotation and production?

    A: Rigao Electronics is a customized manufacturer for PCB Fabrication and PCB assembly, we will not produce or sale any project to others' customers, and we also totally respect customer's copyright, any design file will not be revealed to any other third party. The NDA file will be signed when necessary.

    Q: Do you accept prototyping production? What's the MOQ?

    A: There is no MOQ for all projects, we can totally support our customers from the prototyping run to mass production.

    Q: What do you need for PCBA quotation?

    A: Please send me below information, we will try to send offer to you within 24 hours.  -  Quantity  -  Gerber file  -  BOM (bill of material for components)  -  Material of PCB  -  Finished Thickness  -  Copper Thickness  -  Surface Finishing

    Q: What kind of PCB material do you use?

    A: The standard laminate we use is from KB or ShengYi, the thickness is 1.6mm (0.063"), of course some other high frequency material boards are acceptable in our factory.

    Q: What kind of surface finishing do you have for PCB production?

    A: We can offer below surface finishing:  -  HASL lead free  -  ENIG (Electroless Nickel/Immersion Gold)  -  Immersion Silver  -  Immersion Tin  -  Hard Gold and Soft Gold

    Q: What kind of data files do you need for SMT PCB assembly production?

    A: We need below data files:  -  Gerber file  -  BOM file  -  Centroid FileRemark: the information of Centroid File should include RefDes, Layer, X location, Y location, Direction of rotation.

    Q: Can you assemble the BGA component?

    A: Yes, we will use our X-ray machine checking first sample, also we can provide the X-ray report to customer before shipping.

    Q: How do you pack the finished PCB assembly boards?

    A: We will use ESD bag pack each finished boards, and use pearl wool surrounding inner carton, it will be very safe when shipping, also we can use honeycomb tray hold the heavy PCBA boards when customer required.
